I am SO tired of traveling...I'm glad to be home! On the other hand I already miss my family. We had loads of fun...and food! I was so excited to go home (I know it sounds silly) because I really missed having a ton of pies for Thanksgiving. Jon doesn't like pies so if we had it here I can only make as many pies as I can eat (which doesn't leave a lot of variety). And I was not disappointed with the amount of pies at my Grandma and Grandpa Savage's house...there was plenty to go around. We all (Eric, Stephanie, Michelle, Charlie, Jon and I) had a lot of fun playing Monopoly. I'm sure it's not "technically" the way it's supposed to be played, but we all had a lot of fun (especially Jon and I 'cause we won...we ended up playing couples at the end because we were all conspiring against the others and helping our spouses anyhow, so we made it official). We also (Everyone in the immediate family except Eric and Stephanie and Jon...he was with his family) went to "black friday". We decided to go to Cody since we wanted to spend time with Eric and Stephanie. I was thoroughly confused...everyone there was all "Oh, excuse me" and "Sorry, I wasn't watching" and if they heard you were looking for something they said "Oh, I think I saw that on this or that isle." I have NEVER seen a "black friday" like that. In fact I was thinking of the first "black friday" that Jon and I went to when we were married. We just decided to go home because I was pregnant with Christopher and everyone kept shoving me into my cart and it kept hitting me in the stomach. We decided that even if they were GIVING things away, no sale was worth losing our baby over. So with everyone being so polite we were in and out sooner than I usually am with just regular shopping. We went to the express line which went real quick because hardly anyone who goes to Wal*mart on "black friday" don't have few enough items to go into the express lane. :)
So I got to see all of my family except for Brian and his family. We might get to see them for a little while over Christmas. We are going to Luke and Sara's for Christmas, but Chris Lanterman is coming home for Christmas, so Jon was thinking about going to see him for the weekend. So if he goes and the roads from Livingston to Lovell are alright, then we can see my family for Christmas. Yeah! So now we are going to put up the tree today and hope we can find our decorations, if not, we are going to go buy new ones tomorrow.
And tomorrow we get to find out if we are going to have a boy or a girl! I still think that the baby is a girl. But we will see. I will update everyone when I find out what we are having. We are all very excited about it.
