Baby!!!!

Alright, so I was wrong...We found out today that we are having a boy...not a girl. And I am still very excited. I was a little worried when I thought it was a girl, 'cause the boys play so rough I thought they might just kill a girl. Jon was excited...although I think that maybe he was hoping for a girl. And Teri (the one who did my ultra-sound) said that if you have two boys for the first children then you are more likely to have a boy for the 3rd and even more likely from then on to keep having boys...I say *DUH* how many people keep having kids after 3 or 4? So that would really make your odds go up. But in any case, I guess I can ask Jan Asay...she knows how it is. :) LOL

I really like these people here at the Pocatello Hospital. They are all very kind and let you know what they are going to do, what they are doing, and for the ultra-sound she paused every few seconds just to let me know what we were looking at (a leg, arm, spine, etc.) We got a DVD of the ultra-sound so we can watch our baby whenever we want to (Yeah!)

And Jon got a call back from that place in Green River/Rock Springs. It sounded very promising. We will pray about it. I hope it will be good because they know the situation with Ash Grove, so he would most likely start as soon as we finish here and can get moved down there. Plus we'd be making more than we are making here. So it would a good move if we like it there. Hopefully if we get offered the job we can go down there and check out our ward and see if we like it before we have to decide...(hint hint Mom and Dad Allred or Egeland...we may need babysitters so Jon and I can go down there) I would hate to end up in a "Missoula-like" ward and have all my boys grow up thinking that that's how LDS members are SUPPOSED to be. I suppose if we pray about it and listen then Heavenly Father knows if we will like it there whether or not we get to check it out first. So everything in the Egeland household is going well as of now.
Thanks everyone for your thoughts and prayers for us while we are in this "transition"...it has been felt by us all.
